How can I track my order?

Your tracking number will be included on your shipment confirmation email.

How come my order hasn't shipped yet?

As each order is handcrafted, please allow up to 1 week for order to ship. Every product is created, bottled, and labeled in house and handled with intention and care. If you need your item sooner, please email us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

How do I cancel my order?

We gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours if item has not shipped or processed.

How to get a refund on my order?

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do NOT accept returns. If you are not satisfied with your order, please send us an email at to discuss options to meet your satisfaction. We do not assume additional shipping costs for customs and import taxes that may apply. We're not responsible for delays due to customs.

Are your products really all natural?

Yes! All of our products are created with premium, primarily organic plant based oils, essential oils, herbs and minerals. Made with active concentrated botanicals.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Since our products contain no artificial preservatives, their shelf life is shorter than items containing synthetic ingredients. Each product label contains a PAO (period-after-opening) symbol to indicate its estimated shelf life. Most of our products will remain fresh for 1 year. You are advised to treat these products as you would fresh food ingredients, using them daily rather than holding onto them. If you are curious about the specifics of an individual product, please email us and we'll be happy to help.


My package never made it to me, what do I do?

We are not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost once they have been scanned by USPS. If the package is marked “Delivered” and you have not received it, please contact your mail provider with tracking number as were not responsible for packages once out of our possession.
