Due to the nature of our handmade products being made in small batches we do NOT offer refunds. If for any reason you're not 100% satisfied with your product please email us at so we can help you further.

Please inspect item for damages and report them within 3 days of receiving the damaged product with photos to hello@shopsageandbalm for a replacement. 

WE ARE NOT responsible for any melted products. YOU are responsible for reshipping of replaced product. THERE IS NO EXCHANGE OR SWITCH OUT OF PRODUCTS ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED, ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL.
